Domestic shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority unless you are only purchasing the pouches, which we ship Ground Advantage. If you order many pouches, we will go ahead and ship those Priority. If you're only purchasing a pouch or two, go ahead with checkout and we will ship at the cheaper rate and refund the difference. We never profit from shipping and will always refund any shipping overage after actual shipping has been determined.

International shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS Standard International with tracking. This is the most economical option and has been very reliable, but does not include insurance. Once the package enters your country and clears customs, it will be transferred to your local postal service for delivery or pickup. 

***We do not collect taxes and duties at the time of purchase, this will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery (DDU - Delivery Duty Unpaid) . Please be aware of your local import duty rates that you'll have to pay to receive your package from the carrier. It's a bit of a hassle, I know, but much less of a hassle than dealing with every country's complicated VAT collection/remittance requirements. You also have the option of having us simply create a custom listing for you in our Etsy shop and purchasing there...all the tax & duty stuff is paid up front and taken care of by them, and you won't have to travel to pick up your parcel. 

Regulations and Restrictions:

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
