Updates - July 2025

Hi gang! Just a couple updates for ya. Firstly...

We're now shipping internationally!

After much deliberation and research into shipping outside the US, we've finally decided to just use the DDU method (delivery duty unpaid). We really wanted to be able to collect all taxes & duty fees up front for you (like Etsy did) but it's just too much hassle and expense for us as a small business. Most folks in other countries are familiar with this method anyhow, so it shouldn't be a problem...just an extra step or two. So, when you purchase from our site you will only be paying for the product and shipping cost. Any additional fees are not included in checkout and will be your responsibility once the package arrives in your locale. You will be notified once your package arrives and clears customs, and be given instructions on how to pay any fees/VAT. We use the US Postal Service exclusively, so packages will be transferred to your local post and either delivered or you may have to pick them up from your local station.

Here's a list of the countries we are selling to, based on past experiences of smooth shipping with no issues. If your country isn't on the list, we've had problems with your mail service OR our items are prohibited there.

Australia
Canada
EU:
   Denmark
   Finland
   France
   Germany
   Hungary
   Lithuania
   Luxembourg
   Netherlands
   Portugal
   Spain
   Sweden
Hong Kong
Japan
New Zealand
Norway
Singapore
Switzerland
United Kingdom

We've also signed up with PirateShip's "Simple Export Rate" for discounted flat rate international shipping. I've entered the rates into the shipping profiles so you can select the flat rate or calculated rate, whichever is cheaper. The flat rates have a 4 lb (1.8 kg) limit. Here are the rates per weight, and we add $1 handling charge on all orders to help with shipping materials.

Oh, and if you would rather pay all duties & taxes up front at checkout, we can still do the Etsy workaround for you. Just tell us what you'd like and I can create a custom Etsy listing for you and you can purchase from our Etsy shop. I'm not entering the flat rates into the Etsy shipping options (yet) but when you make a purchase I'll check to see if the flat rate is cheaper for you and refund any extra shipping charged.

Nextly,

We've lowered the processing time of orders to 7 business days!

I'll try to get orders completed as fast as possible, but the 7 days gives me a little buffer in case things get busy or whatever. If your order is going to take longer than the 7 days, you'll be notified and given an estimated ship date. Remember, I'm the sole person making the items and I usually work 6 days a week but I sometimes need a break or a sick day off 🙂

Thank you all for your continued support!

~Ryan
