Shipping policy

Domestic shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority in plain boxes with only "LP Studios" on the label. We never profit from shipping and will always refund any shipping overage after actual shipping has been determined.

International shipping

International orders are default shipped via USPS Standard International with tracking. This is the most economical option and has been very reliable, but does not include insurance. You can also select Priority shipping if you desire. Once the package enters your country and clears customs, it will be transferred to your local postal service for delivery or pickup. 

***We do not collect taxes and duties at the time of purchase, this will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery (DDU - Delivery Duty Unpaid) . Please be aware of your local import duty rates that you'll have to pay to receive your package from the carrier. 

Regulations and Restrictions:

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
