Returns/exchanges

We do not accept returns unless you received the wrong item or your item is damaged. Due to the nature of our products, it's against public health code to do so. If you received the wrong item or if your item has a blemish that we overlooked, we can send you a return label so that you may return the item to us. Once we receive the return, we will send off a replacement piece to you or you can choose to cancel the order if you wish and you will be refunded.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll submit a claim with USPS for you if this occurs. All domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail (except the pouches) and the packages are automatically insured for up to $100. If the claim is accepted, we will then refund you up to this amount but not more. We require photos of the item and packaging to submit for the claim. International orders are shipped via Standard Mail for a cheaper rate, but do not include insurance. So, if your international order is lost, damaged, or stolen, we sympathize but cannot help you.
